How do I ensure my off market property information is protected?
Our purpose is to protect the integrity of your off-market listing and not share any specific property information on the listings, unless otherwise directed by you. When you list a property you will have the opportunity to share the appropriate information you are comfortable with and nothing more.
Register your account as an agent or a seller, once you have done that, login and click “Add a Listing” where you can provide the high level property information that will be added to the marketplace and be accessed by buyers.
What happens when a buyer finds my property, how do they contact me?
When a buyer in the marketplace shows interest in your listing, you will be notified and have the opportunity to share the property and investment information directly with the buyer. Through this process, we ensure that the property information is not publicly accessible.
Do I need an agent to list a property?
No, you can list your property although it will go through a more stringent approval process to ensure it is a legitimate opportunity with a willing and able seller.
How long does the listing stay active?
The listing will stay active as long as you keep it active in your account. You control the listing 100% and can remove it at any time. If the property has been sold, we request that you remove it or make it inactive in your account.
How much does it cost to create a listing?
There is currently no cost to list properties on our platform.
When you find a property you have interest in, enter your information into the property listing and you will be contacted by our support team and/or the seller to take the next steps to submit and LOI or make an offer.
Do I need to pay to access the properties?
There is no cost to access the properties, just register your account as a buyer and you can search and browse potential investment opportunities.
